Racine Spartans Girls U-18 H.S League Play [vs. FC Green Bay]
Racine began the second half of league play with a trip to Green Bay to take on a
team that edged the Spartans in State Cup play, 3-2 and eventually advanced to
the quarterfinals. Green Bay scored twice in the first half to take a 2-0 lead into
half time and it appeared that Racine was about to suffer their third league loss.
The second half produced one of the most unlikely comebacks as the Spartans scored
twice in the last 10 minutes of the match to defeat Green Bay 3-2.
